摘要
应用Perzyna材料强度模型,对应变率敏感的某低合金钢的SHPB动态压缩试验进行了数值模拟分析,获得了高应变率下的应力-应变曲线,并与实验值相比较。比较结果表明:当应变大于2%时,模拟结果与实验结果非常吻合,偏差在8%以内。
Perzna model was employed to simulate the SHPB dynamic compression test of a low alloy steel representing strain-rate sensitivity, and the stress-strain curve was obtained and compared with experimental data. The results indicate that the stress-strain curve of simulation matches experimental curve very well, and the deviation is less than 8% when strain value is more than 2%.
