广告是一种以劝说为主要功能的实用文体,语言具备较高的注意价值和记忆价值,广告撰写者创作时通过运用各种与语音关系密切的修辞手法:头韵、尾韵、押韵和拟声,合理运用声音的韵律,取得广告英语的美音效果,给人以听觉上的美的享受,最终实现广告的功能。
Advertising is a practical style majoring in persuading. The language has high attention value and memory value. In writing advertising , the writer uses the rhetorical devices in phonetics : alliteration, consonance, rhyme and onomatopoeia, and makes good use of the rhyme of voice to get a musical rhyme . In this way , the musical beauty and the functions of advertising English are achieved .
