双吻合器用于中低位直肠癌前切除术

The Application of Double Stapling Procedure for the Resection of Middle-low Rectal Carcinoma

目的:探讨双吻合器技术在中低位直肠癌手术治疗中的应用价值。方法:对1999年6月—2006年6月采用双吻合器技术治疗的126例中低位直肠癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:全组术中直肠闭合和吻合过程均顺利。术后发生吻合口漏8例(6.3%),吻合口出血2例(1.6%),伤口感染5例(3.9%),吻合口狭窄6例(4.8%),无手术死亡。结论:双吻合器技术应用在中低位直肠癌保肛术中是一种安全可靠的方法。

Objective： To study and eveluate the role of double stapling procedure for the resection of middle-low rectal carcinoma. Methods：Retrospective study was used to analyze the experience of double stapling technique in colorectal anastomosis for 126 patients with middle-low rectal cancer from June 1999 to June 2006 in our hospital. Results： The rectal close and colorectal anastomosis of all cases were smoothly during the operation. Complications included anastomotic fistula in 8 cases （6.3%）, anastomotic hemorrhage in 2 cases（1.6%）, wound infection in cases （3.9%） and anastomotic stenosis in 6 cases （4.8%）. There was no operative death. Conclusion：The double stapling technique is a safe alternation for anus-saving operation for patients with middle-low rectal cancer.
