摘要
采用己内酰胺CL和八甲基环四硅氧烷D_4两种环单体于阴离子催化体系中直接共聚制备了有机硅共聚尼龙6.~1H-NMR、IR谱表征了共聚产物。在D_4:CL为15wt%时,有76.3—83.5%的环硅氧烷进入共聚链。扫描电子显微镜图表明两种聚合物组分呈微观相分离状态。性能测试表明,共聚产物抗张强度略有下降,而抗冲击强度则有增高趋势;在适量有机硅配比时,吸水率减低,摩擦系数则显著下降。
The copolymer of caprolactam (CL) and octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4) has been obtained successfully by ring-opening copolymerization under the same anionic catalytic condition, and characterized by H-NMR and IR spectra. When the monomer ratio D4: CL was 15 wt%, the percentage of monomer D4 entered into the copolymer chain may reach 76.3-83.5. The microph-ase separation of two components was observed by SEM. At appropriate proportion of monomer reactants, the copolymerized product had lower water sorption, lower coefficient of kinetic friction, and higher impact strength than that of polycaprolactam.
