髓系细胞触发受体-1的研究进展
The Progress in the Study of Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells-1
摘要
2001年,Bouchon等首次在《自然》杂志上报道了一种可能触发并扩大炎症反应、介导脓毒性休克的关键介质,引起了广泛关注.该介质以后被命名为髓系细胞触发受体-1（triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1,TREM-1）.本文拟对TREM-1的目前研究进展作一介绍.
