As a culture of people-orientation, Confucian culture puts emphasis on human relations coordination and the realization of personal value. Also it focuses on the individual responsibility for the groups, the dedication and service with the characteristics of group harmoniousness.The logistics management in colleges must be people-oriented, raise the personal values, create a harmonious interpersonal relations, concern the teachers and students＇ wishes and demands to better serve for teaching, research and the life of teachers and students.
