摘要
儒家文化作为一种人本文化,重人际关系协调,重人的价值的实现,并注重个体对群体的责任、奉献和服务,带有群体和谐特点,高校后勤的管理工作必须以人为本,注重提升员工个人价值,创建和谐的内部人际关系,尊重关心师生即服务对象的愿望和要求,更好地为教学、科研工作和师生生活服务。
As a culture of people-orientation, Confucian culture puts emphasis on human relations coordination and the realization of personal value. Also it focuses on the individual responsibility for the groups, the dedication and service with the characteristics of group harmoniousness.The logistics management in colleges must be people-oriented, raise the personal values, create a harmonious interpersonal relations, concern the teachers and students' wishes and demands to better serve for teaching, research and the life of teachers and students.
