陕西省高技术产业发展与经济发展关系研究

高技术产业的发展已成为一个国家和地区增强科技、经济竞争力,提高综合实力的主要措施。以现代产业理论和统计理论为依据,采用统计分析方法研究了陕西省高技术产业对经济增长的贡献,利用计量经济模型分析了陕西省经济发展环境对高技术产业发展的影响。实证结论表明:陕西省高技术产业发展对经济增长贡献显著,而经济发展对高技术产业发展的促进作用并不显著,直接影响了高技术产业的迅猛增长。因此,为陕西省高技术产业创造良好的经济发展环境,完善高技术产业发展机制,乃陕西省高技术产业发展的关键所在。

The development of high- tech industry has become the major measure to the enhancing science, economic competitiveness and improving comprehensive strength in a nation or a region. Based on the theory of modern industry and statistical theory, this article used the method of statistical analysis to study the contribution on the Shaanxi high - tech industry to the growth of the economy, and used econometric model to analyze the influence in the Shaanxi environment of economic development to high - tech industry development. The empirical study indicated that the high - tech industry development of Shaanxi is remarkable to the contribution of economical growth. But, Shaanxi economy development is not certainly remarkable to the improvement of high- tech industry development. This situation has directly affected the swift and quickly growth of Shaanxi high- tech industry. Therefore, it＇s important to create a good environment for Shaanxi high- tech industry development. Then, it＇ s also a key point to perfect the developing mechanism for the development of Shaanxi high - tech industry.
