国际企业社会责任运动对企业文化发展的影响——基于文化与有效性模型的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前,企业社会责任运动从西方向全世界扩散和渗透,日益为人们所认可和接受,成为一种国际潮流,对企业自身的可持续发展以及国际贸易的进步都具有重要的意义。在“文化与有效性模型”等相关理论模型的基础上,简析国际企业社会责任运动的新趋势,并重点阐述其对中国企业文化的深刻而具有长远意义的作用,指出在企业、政府、社会的大力支持下,中国企业文化要向与国际企业社会责任运动相融合的方向前进,才具有生命力。 At present, the movement of the Corporate Social Responsibility is spreading and infiltrating from the western countries to the world. It is increasing acknowledged and accepted, which has become an international trend. It also has great significance on the sustainable development of the enterprise itself and the progress of international trade. This article based on the relevant theories such as H - O Factor Endowment Theory and Denison D R. Corporate culture and organizational effectiveness, briefly analyzes the new trend of the international movement of the Corporate Social Responsibility. It puts great emphasis on the elaboration of the movement's profound and long -termed effect on the Chinese enterprise culture. And it points out that under the vigorously support of the enterprise, government and society, only the Chinese enterprise culture integrates with the international movement of the Corporate Social Responsibility can it survives.
