摘要
胜任素质理论的提出,对人力资源管理理论与实践产生了重要影响,在薪酬管理制度中出现了基于胜任素质的薪酬模式,该薪酬模式主要适合于知识型企业的知识型员工,其构建的基本流程是:分析企业使命和价值观、开发胜任素质模型、编制胜任素质评估表、胜任素质价值评估、胜任素质相对价值转化为工资、确定胜任素质薪酬结构。基于胜任素质的薪酬模式鼓励员工提升胜任素质水平,有利于企业核心能力的培养,在人力资源管理和开发方面具有战略意义,在现实中也有较强的操作性。
Competence theory has had an important influence on both theory and practice of human resource management and makes the pay mode based on competence appear in pay management system. This paper puts up the basic design process of pay mode based on competence as follows: analyzing enterprise's mission and value view,developing the competence model and scheming out the competence scale, appraising the relative value of the competence based on job and transforming it into pay, deciding the pay structure base on competence. The pay mode based on competence has the strategic significance in HRM, because it can encourage thE employess to stepping up their level of competence and help the enterprise cultivate the core capability. In addition, the pay mode based on competence is operable in practice.
