复合微量营养素缓解体力疲劳和改善学习记忆的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察复合微量营养素对4~5w龄小鼠体力和学习记忆能力的影响。方法:雄性昆明种小鼠220只,按体重随机分为对照组和复合微量营养素(g/kgbw·d)低、中、高剂量组(0.74、1.48、2.22)。每天给实验组小鼠灌胃复合微量营养素水悬液,给对照组小鼠灌胃安慰剂水悬液。各组均喂饲基础饲料30d;然后分别进行缓解体力疲劳试验及学习记忆能力试验(小鼠跳台实验)。结果:中剂量组负重游泳时间显著延长,肝糖原含量显著提高,低剂量组游泳后血清尿素氮含量显著降低;中、高剂量组潜伏期显著延长、受电击错误次数显著减少。结论:复合微量营养素具有缓解体力疲劳和改善学习记忆的作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of the multi-micronutrients on physical fatigue, learning and memory in mice aged 4-5 w. Method: Two hundred and twenty male mice were randomly divided into control group and low, medium, high dosage multimicronutrients group [0.74, 1.48, 2.22g/ (kg bw·d) ] according to their body weights. The mice in experimental groups were fed water suspension of multi-micronutrients while the control group was fed placebo suspension everyday. On D 30, physical fatigue test and learning and memory test (step down test) were carried out respectively. Results: The loaded swimming time and liver glycogen level of mice in medium dosage group were significantly increased and the serum urea nitrogen level in the low dosage group after swimming was significantly lower, compared with the control group. In step down test, the latent time of mice in medium and high dosage groups was significantly increased, and electric shock time was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Multi- micronutrients play active roles in alleviating physical fatigue and improving learning and memory in mice.
