Application of value stream to optimize the course of sulfidation machine chief axle processing

摘要 为提高主轴作业效率,通过调查并应用价值流图析技术,绘制当前状态图,对主轴加工过程中存在的生产计划、在制品库存、生产方式等问题作了研究。然后根据精益思想和工业工程的基本手法,区分主轴加工中的增值和非增值部分,提出平衡物流、合并工序、拉动生产等改善措施,绘制未来状态图。经改善后的主轴批量加工时间比原来减少54%,表明价值流是企业实施精益生产的有力工具。 In order to improve the work efficiency of the chief axle, value stream technique is drawn on to map out its present condition. By means of investigation, some problems arising during the course of chief axle processing are studied, which include production schedule, producing stock, production mode, and so on. The increase as well as decrease in value parts are distinguished. Some improvement measures are put forward such as logistics equilibrium, procedure combination and production management in light of some basic methods of lean production and industrial engineering and the future-state-graph. After the course has been thus improved, the processing time of chief axle is reduced by 54 %, which indicates that value stream is an effective instrument for enterprises to carry out lean production.
