基于暂态零序电流高次谐波衰减故障选线的新思路 被引量:1

摘要 在分析小电流接地系统故障特征的基础上,针对现有单相接地故障选线判据适应性较差、正确率不高的现状,应用一种新的思路和原理,提出了基于故障线路与非故障线路的零序暂态分量高次谐波衰减速率原理的新选线方法,构造了形式简洁、物理意义清晰的选线判据,并进行了动模实验检验。分析与实践运行结果表明,该判据选线正确,抗干扰能力强,是克服现有小电流接地系统选线方法灵敏度低的缺点的有效方法。 On the basis of analysis of the fault of small current neutral grounding system, a new scheme of line selection about earth fault diagnosis in the networks based on decaying high frequency component was proposed, and proposed more simple and concision subordinate function for integrate line selection, a sample selection plat-form has been built for test the methods, the operation results show the new method' s excellent disturbances-proof ability, which can be used to overcome the defect that the distribution system with arc suppression coil grounding is insensitive at fault line selection.
