摘要
研究金刚石表面镀铜工艺,金刚石经净化、粗化、亲水化处理后,首先以盐基型胶体钯对其表面敏化活化,进行化学镀铜形成金属表层,然后以机械滚镀方式在其表面进行电镀加厚。镀铜后的金刚石抗压强度提高显著,表面理化性质大为改善,削弱了金刚石固有缺点可能产生的不利影响。
The discussion of design principle of sprouting machine and analysis of the outer and inner door test show that the studied machine is reasonable for its design and obvious for its effect of rapid leakage-proofing. It is an ideal double-liquid sprouting machine.
