摘要
詹天佑在我国铁路史上首次提出了一系列人力资源管理思想:根据不同岗位的要求,明确权限和责任;对包工头要严格管理;把考核制度与奖罚、升降级制度结合起来;工程技术人员的待遇要“分定年级,按年递升”;要保障员工的工伤就医、身故抚恤等权利;在工程实践中独立自主培养铁路人才。这些思想不仅指导与影响了其一生的铁路建设与管理活动,也对中国的铁路事业产生了巨大而深远的影响。
Jeme Tien Yow firstly put forward a serious of ideas about human resource management in the history ot Railway in our country, according to particular demand in various post,everyone must know one'powers and responsibilities;second, we must be on guard against labor contractor;third, examinational institution must combine with other institution;the fouth,treatments of technical personnel will be raised according to everyone' length of service;the fifth,rights of the staff must be guaranteed;the sixth,we must foster our own talents of railway in the engineering practice.The ideas not only influenced himself in the long life,but also come into being tremendous inflences on railway undertaking in our country.
