诚信社会是社会主义和谐社会的重要内容和建设目标之一,诚信评价是建设诚信社会非常重要的环节和手段,它具有自发自觉性、公平受咨性、客观权威性、监督调控性等特点,可分政府诚信评价、企事业单位诚信评价、社会群团组织诚信评价和个人诚信评价四类。诚信评价对评价诚信教育的效果和促进诚信教育、创造诚信所需要的良好社会氛围、传承诚信传统和美德、增强诚信主体的诚信体验和诚信荣辱感、正确鼓励诚信和惩处不诚信、矫正诚信主体自我评价的偏失、促使诚信主体将诚信他律转化为诚信自律等方面来说都具有十分重要的作用。

Credible society is one of the most important content and constructive targets of socialism in the harmonious society. Credible valuation is greatly important link and measure in constructing credible society. It is composed of spontaneity and consciousness, fairness and references, objective authorities, supervision and investigation and so on. And it can be classified by government credible valuation, enterprises and institutions credible valuation, organization of social group credible valuation and individual credible valuation. Credible valuation plays a great role in valuing effect of credible education and promoting credible education, creating right social atmosphere, coming down credible tradition and virtues, reinforcing credible experiences of credible principle part and credible honor and disgrace, encouraging credibility and publishing incredibility rightly, rectifying bias of credible principle part＇s self-value, improving credible principle part to transform non-self-discipline into credible self-discipline and so on.
