沸石改性聚丙烯的研究进展

摘要 介绍了沸石表面有机化改性的饥理及沸石表面有机化改性对复合材料力学性能的影响,阐述了沸石在聚丙烯材料力学性能改性、阻燃改性、抗菌改性方面的国内外研究现状及相关理论,指出了沸石/聚丙烯复合材料将朝着性能更优异、功能性更强、更安全环保的方向发展。 The mechanism of the surface organical modification by zeolite and its effect on the mechanical properties of composite materials were introduced. The current situation and relevant theories of the modifications of zeolite modified PP were described, putting stress on the improvements of the mechanical properties, flame retardance and antibacterial property of the composite. It was pointed out zeolite/PP composites would develop towards the combinations of nice performance, perfect function, safety and environment protection.
