摘要 丙烯酰胺(AM)和双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)在氧化还原引发体系过硫酸钾和亚硫酸钠的引发下,在水介质中以自由基聚合得到水溶性的聚丙烯酰胺-双丙酮丙烯酰胺(PAD),研究了引发剂种类、用量、反应温度、反应时间、单体投料比对聚合反应以及产物感光性能的影响,并对产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,反应为恒比共聚,所合成的聚合物是AM和DAAM的交替共聚物。所合成的感光材料感光度高、分辨率高、工艺一致性好、易于实现工业化生产。 Initiated by redox initiator potassium persulfate and sodium hydrosulfite, Poly (acrylamide-diacetoneacrylamide) (PAD) was synthesized in aqueous medium via free radical polymerization. The effects of the type and content of the initiators, reaction temperature and time, and the ratio of AM to DAAM on the polymerization and the photosensitivity of the copolymer were studied, and the structure of the copolymer was charactered by means of FT-IR and ^1H-NMR. The results showed the reaction was of constant copolymerization, and the prepared PAD was the alternating copolymer of AM and DAAM, and had good photosensitivity, fine distinguishability and easy for commercial production.
