N-苯基马来酰亚胺改性MCS接枝共聚物的合成与热性能研究

摘要 用N-苯基马来酰亚胺(N-PMI)作耐热改性剂,通过悬浮聚合法合成了接枝型MCS树脂,并对其热性能进行了研究。结果表明,N-PMI成功接枝在基体树脂上,接枝改性后的MCS树脂的热性能得到了明显的改善,玻璃化温度和热分解温度明显提高。 With N-phenylmaleimide (N-PMI) as heat resistant modifier, graft MCS resin was synthesized by means of suspension swelling graft eopolymefization, and the thermal property of the synthesized resin was studied. The results showed N-PMI was successfully grafted onto the matrix resin, the thermal property of the modified MSC resin was improved greatly, and the glass-transition temperature and decomposition temperature of the resin increased obviously.
