摘要 应用Moldflow软件对手机活动后盖进行模拟分析,确定最佳浇口位置区域,并通过单浇口和双浇口的对比分析,综合比较各种缺陷对注射成型的影响,选择采用了理想的单浇口形式。 The movable back cover of mobile phone was simulated and analyzed by means of Moldflow software to fix on the optimal gate location zone. Based on the comparative analysis of single-gate, double-gate and the effects of their disfigurements on the injection molding, the perfect single-gate was adopted at last.
