在介绍了双转子连续混炼饥基本工艺原理的基础上,推导了该混炼机驱动功率计算公式,并与日本制钢所给定的混炼机系列功率值进行了对比计算,计算结果与日本制钢所给定的混炼机系列功率给定值基本吻合。研究结果对于双转子连续混炼机功率设计具有指导意义。

Based on the introduction ot the process principle ot twin rotor mixer, the equauon of me anwng power calculation of the twin rotor mixer was deduced. The comparison between the values calculated by the above equation and the values given by Japan Steel Company was made. The calculated values were in agreement with the values given by Japan Steel Company. The results were useful for the power design of the mixer.
