摘要
采用DSC测试PP/充油EPDM共混物中PP熔点的方法计算出环烷油在PP相与EPDM相中的分配系数,并探讨了不同EPDM充油量与不同PP/充油EPDM共混比例下的分配系数变化情况,发现分配系数在0.4～0.65之间变化,随充油量的增加和PP含量的降低,分配系数增大,但均小于1,说明在PP/充油EPDM共混体系中油更倾向于分布在EPDM相中,但也确实存在于PP相中。
The distribution coefficient of naphthenic oil in PP/EPDM before vulcanization was calculated by means of DSC, and the changes of the coefficient with different oil extension amount and different PP/EPDM blending ratio were discussed.The results showed the coefficient was in the range of 0.4 -0.65, and increased with the increase of the oil extension amount and the decrease of PP content, but never more than 1, which indicated the oil preferred for the EPDM phase and also existed in PP phase.
