LDPE高透明膜专用抗粘连母料的研制

Development of Anti-blocking Masterbatch of High Transparent LDPE Film

探讨了用于LDPE高透明膜的抗粘连专用母料以及在研制过程中出现的问题和解决方法。结果表明,研制的此抗粘连母料在LDPE高透明膜中应用时,薄膜摩擦系数为0.089,雾度为7.8%,达到LDPE高透明膜的要求。

The problem and its solutionin in the development of the anti-blocking masterbatch for high transparent LDPE film were studied. The results showed when the prepared anti-blocking masterbatch was applied to high transparent LDPE film, the friction coefficient of the film was 0.089, haze was 7.8%, being in accord with the requirement of the high transparent LDPE film.
