汽车电子转向器电磁传导敏感度测试技术研究

摘要 为了实现汽车电子转向器电磁兼容设计,提出一种电磁传导敏感度测试系统。采用DSP控制技术,按照SAE标准产生异常电压实验条件和瞬变过电压实验条件,在此条件下对汽车电子转向器的各项性能指标进行综合测试。通过对测试系统及电子转向器故障诊断电路显示结果的分析,能快速找到电子转向器被电磁传导干扰攻击出现故障的部位,为进一步采取电磁干扰抑制措施,实现电磁兼容设计提供了一种有效的手段。 For realizing the electromagnetic compatibility design of auto electron steering wheel, a electromagnetic conducted sensitivity test system was designed. The DSP control technology is used and the unusual voltage and the twinkle change undue voltage were produced according to the SAE standard,and various function parameters of auto electron steering wheel were tested in this condition. The analysis of display results of test system and the break-down diagnosis electric circuit display results of auto electron steering wheel can find out quickly the auto electron steering wheel's breaks-down point that was attacked by electromagnetic conducted interference. A kind of valid mean was provided for further adopting the electromagnetism interference curb measures, so as to achieve electromagnetic compatibility design.
