Research on the Digitization & Standardization of the Offset Plate-Making Technology

对胶印制版工艺的数据化和规范化进行了详细的理论分析,设计了印刷测试版,并应用最新的G7控制工艺,在陕西省印刷厂进行了打样工艺的数据化与规范化研究。实验获得了网点扩大量、网点补偿量以及灰平衡数据,提高了印刷品质量及质量稳定性,为胶印制版工艺数据化与规范化研究提供了参考。

The digitization and standardization of the offset plate-making technology is analyzed theoretically in details, and the printing testing form is designed. The digitization and standardization of the proofing process are researched by using the newest G7 technology in Shaanxi printing company. The data of clot gain, clot compensation, and gray balance are obtained via the experiments, whereby the printing qualities and quality stability are greatly improved so as to provide the references for the study of digitalization and standardization of the offset plate-making technology.
