摘要
以往的气象观测基本上靠人工完成,费时费力,准确率不高。随着自动化监测技术的发展正逐步改变过去人工观测业务模式,减少了由人工观测引起的误差,提高了地面观测资料的可靠性,减轻了观测人员的劳动强度,而且能大大提高气象观测时间与空间的密度,增强监测、警报、预测能力,为天气预报、决策服务、人工影响天气、科学研究和城市环境、气象服务等提供准确、及时、稠密的地面观测资料。
With the development ot Automatic Observation technology,automatic weather station is substituting the manual observation gradually. This operational mode has many advantages. It can reduce the observation error, improve the reliability of ground measure, lighten operational workload, furthermore, can consumedly im prove the spatial and temporal density of weather observation, enhance the ability of weather observation, warning and forecast. So we can provide accurate, timely and densely covered ground meteorological measure data for weather forecast, decision - making service, weather modification and science study etc.
