高校继续教育管理能力系统耗散结构的形成与特征分析

The Formation and Characteristics of Dissipative Structure of University Continuing Education Management System

从系统论的角度出发,以耗散结构的基本理论为依据,通过分析耗散结构的形成条件和继续教育管理者管理能力系统的耗散结构特征,探讨了高校继续教育管理者管理能力系统中各要素间存在的非线性作用机制、管理能力系统的非平衡性、管理能力系统的不可逆性以及管理技术与方法对管理能力耗散结构形成与发展的促进作用。

Based on systematology and fundamentals of dissipative structure theory, this paper analyzed the conditions of the dissipative structure formation and the dissipative structure of the management system among the continuing education administrators. Furthermore, it discusses the nonlinear mechanism, non-equilibrium, as well as the non-reversibility among the elements of the management system. Finally, the paper discusses the management techniques and methods in respect of its role in promoting the formation and development of management capacity dissipative structure.
