摘要
为了满足铁路货运装备快速、重载安全的需求,做为主要部件的摇枕、侧架的产品结构、材质、应用标准发生了重大变化,传统的生产工艺很难满足标准要求。根据生产经验介绍了采用酯硬化水玻璃砂生产工艺生产摇枕、侧架技术;介绍了造型生产线、配套设备的配置,对生产工艺的影响、造型材料的使用及控制,同时对如何提高摇枕、侧架密实度,防止气孔、裂纹等质量缺陷进行了论述。
A great important improvement has been happened on the structures, materials and applicable standards of the principal parts such as bolster and side frame so as to meet the demands to speed up the railway freight transportation under heavy load and safety as the traditional production workmanship is very hard to satisfy the requirements as set forth in the standards. The paper presents the workmanship of bolster and side frame produced with ester setting of water - glass sand, molding production line and configuration of the equipment complete with the molding line, impact to the workmanship, application and control of the molding materials. Quality defects as shown on solidly density, air holes and cracks are also discussed.
