摘要
清乾隆三年宁夏府大地震,是宁夏有史以来最为惨重的灾害之一,造成数以万计的人死亡和房屋、城镇大片面积的毁坏。透过此次地震后的赈济救荒,可进一步探究清乾隆荒政之特点与功效。
The great earthquake in Ningxia in the third year of Qian Long period was one of the worst disasters, which led to lots of men die and many houses and towns be destroyed. Based on the exposition of the relief for the earthquake, the characteristics and efficiency of the administrative system of famine relieving can be further studied.
