摘要
高等教育扩张过度导致多种个人与社会问题,使学生个人与家庭、政府与社会陷入多重两难困境。从国情出发,依据《国际教育标准分类法》标准,借鉴美国高教扩张过度问题解决的理论和实践,我国大力发展中等后高等前教育等初中级高等教育和职业教育,建构适合我国国情和科学发展观的大众教育与精英教育和谐发展机制是我们必然和现实的选择。
The over-enlarged enrollment of universities and colleges has triggered many individual and social problems, making students and their familiy, government and society into dilemma. Therefore, by referring to America＇s way to solve the problem, China should develop professional education and the education system between high school education and higher education, and find out a way to establish a mechanism combining popular education and elite education.
