国际教育成就协会是国际性的教育研究合作机构,主要从事教育政策和实践的比较研究,增强教育系统内和系统之间的学习。国际教育成就协会主要进行了三次公民教育研究,不同时期有不同的背景、目的和结论,展示了各国公民教育发展的异同。协会的公民教育研究对世界各国公民教育的理论与实践都有重大的意义。
IEA is an international cooperative agency of educational research, which mainly conducts comparative research on educational policies and practices to improve the learning within and between the education systems. IEA has conducted three citizenship education researches, which has different contexts, objectives and conclusions at different times, and shows the difference and similarity between different countries＇ citizenship education. The citizenship education researches of IEA have great significance for the theory and practice of citizenship education of the countries in the world.
