摘要
以 Dietz将旋风器分为三部分的思想为基础,根据紊流扩散与弥散机理,提出了反映旋风器粒子收集本质特征的新的理论模型。新理论模型与已有研究结果比较表明,新模型与 Lapple理论模型和Dietz 模型吻合很好,与 Stairmand模型的吻合虽不十分好,但尚能令人满意,且与实验数据相当吻合。文中还对旋风器及其理论的进一步研究作了讨论。
A new collection theory of cyclonic separators is presented to deseribeessentially the characteristics of particulate collecting process, based on the3--zone assumption by Dietz and an analysis of turbulent diffusion and disper-sion mechanisms. As a result of comparing the new theoretical model to ear-lier works, the former is shown in good agreement with both Lapple's andDietz's models, also conformable with experimental results in general. Comparingwith Stairmand's model, though the coincidence is not so good the result isregarded as passable. The prospects for studying further the cyclones andtheir collecting mechanism are also discussed.
