红蜜南瓜中叶黄素的超临界CO_2流体萃取分离方法研究 被引量:5

Studies on the Isolation Method of Lutein from Cucurbiat Moschata Duch by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Fluid Extraction

摘要 研究了日本红蜜南瓜中叶黄素的超临界CO2萃取方法,确定了提取叶黄素的最佳工艺条件,即:萃取压力15MPa、萃取温度40℃、CO2流量20kg/h、萃取时间4h。在上述条件下,叶黄素的提取率可达到88%,提取物中的叶黄素含量达到88.2%。 Extraction method of lutein in Japanese pumkin (Cucurbiat moschata Duch) by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid was studied, and the optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows: extraction pressure was 15 MPa, extraction temperature was 40 ℃, flow rate of CO2 was 20kg/h, and extraction time was 4h. Under above conditions, extraction yield of lutein was 88%, and 88.2% lutein of the extracts was obtained.
