呼吸道吸入法接种恒河猴感染H5N1流感病毒的方法学探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨呼吸道吸入法接种恒河猴感染H5N1流感病毒方法的可行性。方法利用1株鹅源性H5N1流感病毒经环甲膜穿刺接种恒河猴,通过观察恒河猴在接种后短期内各项指标的变化来评价呼吸道吸入法接种恒河猴感染H5N1流感病毒的可行性。结果恒河猴接种H5N1流感病毒后出现了典型的临床症状和病理学变化,与人和动物感染后的主要症状相似,是很好的模型动物。结论环甲膜穿刺接种恒河猴感染H5N1流感病毒具有很高的可行性,是恒河猴感染H5N1流感病毒和造模的良好途径,并为其它通过呼吸道感染的病原的造模和研究工作提供参考。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of respiratory inhalation route on avian influenza xirus (H5NI) in rhesus macaques. Method We inoculated rhesus macaques by thyrocricoid puncture and observed the clinical signs,pathologic changes and so on in a short period. Result Infection caused typical clinical signs and pathologic changes which were similar to human and animals infected with avian influenza virus. Conclusion Rhesus macaques could be infected by the inoculation of thyrocricoid puncture. And it was proved to be a good method for the similar experiments.
