摘要
以钛基钌-钇-铑涂层电极作为阳极,硝酸铈和硝酸铵作为电解液,电化学法制备二氧化铈超细粉体,用X射线衍射和透射电镜进行了表征,制备条件用正交实验设计进行优化;通过极化曲线,计算了电极过程动力学参数.
Cerium dioxide ultrafine powder is prepared by electrochemical method using composite coating of In-Ru- Ir as anode, cerous nitrate and ammonium nitrate as electrolyte. The powder is analyzed by using XRD and TEM. The technique condition of preparation is optimized by orthogonal design. The kinetics of electrode process is studied.
