摘要
以Na2SiO3为黏结剂,将纳米TiO2固定在焦炭载体上,制备了负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂.并以此作催化剂,在紫外灯或太阳光照射下,对阳离子艳红染料废水进行光催化降解实验研究,探讨了催化剂投加量、外加氧化剂量、使用寿命和反应时间等因素对光降解反应的影响.实验结果表明,在紫外光或太阳光照射下、催化剂用量3 g/L、氧化剂(质量分数10%H2O2)为0.1 mL的条件下,质量浓度为20 mg/L的阳离子艳红染料废水经过20 min的处理,其脱色率达到96.5%.
It is studied that the degradation of cationic brilliant red 5GN solution with immobiled TiO2 photo-catalyst prepared by binding method that nanosized TiO2 is adsorbed to coke by sodium silicate, using ultraviolet lamp or sunlight as light sources. The results show that the 5GN solution has marked degradation under experimental conditions of immobilized TiO2 of 3 g/L and 10% H202 of 0.1 mL. The concentration reducing content of cationic brilliant red 5GN with the concentration of 20 mg/L is more than 95 % in 20 minutes. Besides, the effect of the amount of catalyst and oxidant, and reactive time for the degradation are also discussed.
