建设节约型城市、实施精细化管理是时代的要求。目前我国城市的生产、生活、建设与管理活动中,浪费现象相当严重,需要改变观念,厉行节约。提出了改善管理、减少浪费、建设节约型城市的若干建议。

Building the cost - efficient city through careful calculation and meticulous budgeting meets the requirements of times. At present, waste is a serious phenomenon in the activities of production, life, building and management. We should change our concept and practice strict frugality. This paper puts forward suggestions on the improvement of management, reduction of waste and building of cost - efficient city.
