摘要
基于汽车发电机的工作原理,设计开发了由工控机、多功能数据卡、变频器、变频电机、电子负载等组成的发电机性能全自动测试装置,实现发电机空载性能、负载性能及调节器性能测试。采用传统PID和模糊PID控制器控制发电机电压、电流和转速,保证了测试过程的快速性、测试的精度和系统的鲁棒性。
Based on the automobile alternator' s working principle, an auto-testing equipment for the alternator' s online performance test is developed. The equipment is composed of industrial control computer, multifunctional data acquisition cards, transducer,servomotor and electronic loads, able to perform the alternator' s performance testing items such as no-load, load and adjustor performance. In order to ensure the system' s rapidity, precision and robustness, PID and fuzzy PID are used together to control voltage, current and rotating speed.
