摘要
目的:探讨全身伽玛刀治疗恶性实体瘤的应用价值。方法:对各种途径确诊的643例恶性实体瘤患者行全身伽玛刀治疗,在全身伽玛刀定位系统下以5~7mm薄层CT连续扫描靶区,根据三维重建图像资料,确定治疗方案,小靶区50%剂量线处5~10Gy/次,40~50Gy/4~10次;中靶区50%剂量线处4~8Gy/次,48~56Gy/6~14次;大靶区40%~50%剂量线处3~4Gy/次,40Gy/10~14次后缩野,追加剂量10~30Gy,在2~3周内完成治疗,1~3个月复查,比较前后的症状及肿瘤大小。结果:全身伽玛刀靶向治疗后,肿瘤完全缓解39.2%,部分缓解55.4%,无变化5.1%,进展0.3%,临床症状缓解或消失。结论:全身伽玛刀靶向适形放疗是恶性实体瘤控制局部病灶,提高肿瘤患者生存质量的有效手段。
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of whole body γ-radiation system (γ-knife) in the treatment of malignant tumors. Methods:Six hundred and forty three patients were diagnosed by pathology or cytology, were treated with gamma ray whole body therapeutic system( body γ-knife). They received a total dose from 40-60Gy/2-3w, 3-10Gy/fraction, 5 fractions/week. Results: The response rate was 94. 6% , with complete remission 39. 2% , partial remission 55.4% , no remission 5.1% , and tumor progression 0. 3%. Conclusion:Whole body γ-radiation system(γ-knife) is an effective method of treatment in patients with malignant tumors.
