摘要
实验针对采用了半预混、强旋流平焰燃烧的方法,以液化石油气为燃料,组织通过改变空气过剩系数和旋流数工况来进行燃烧实验,用热电偶测量温度,烟气分析仪测量NOX浓度,研究分析了炉膛温度、及过剩空气系数和旋流数对平焰燃烧NOX排放的影响。结果表明,分别取三组不同的空气过剩系数1.06,1.23和1.37后,它们在1.76旋流数下所达到的最高温度是1 159,1 057,993℃;而NOX浓度分别为60×10-6,60×10-6,30×10-6。
This experiment is conducted to study the temperature and the concentration of NOx in the process of the half mix flat-flame com-bustion. The experiment is carried by changing the excess air ratio and the swirl combustion conditions. In the process, the temperature is measured by using thermocouples and the concentration of NOx is scaled by using flue gas analyzer. The experimental results show that at 1.76 swirl the highest furnace temperatures can attain 1159, 1057and 993℃ and NOx concentrations are 60×10^-6, 60×10^-6, 30×10^-6 when the excess air ratio 1.06,1.23 and 1.37.
