The economic ethics plays an important role in the process of establishing and consummating Market economy. Comrade Deng Xiaoping created the system economic ethics by viewing from humanity, essence of human, necessity of human, and economic philosophy. He consummated the value of righteousness and profit of socialism and framed the theory of socialism market economy value with wealthy of the people and strong of the country as core of his theory, which holds an important meaning of guidance in practice.
