摘要
G6135Z曲轴加工工艺复杂、主颈是其主要加工表面,尺寸精度、表面粗糙度和形位公差要求都很高,难以达到。本文对G6135Z曲轴主颈的机械加工工艺进行了改进,使产品质量得以提高,并粗探了曲轴主颈机加工工艺方向。
The processing techniques of G6135Z crankshafts are complex, especially those of the main journals, where the majority of the processing occurs, whose requirements of measurement precision, the surface texture, and shape tolerance are hard to meet. This paper addresses some innovations of the mechanical processing techniques of the main journal of G6135Z crankshaft, aiming to improve the quality of products, and it also explores the further development of the mechanical processing techniques of the main journals of crankshafts.
