日本新村建设对我国社会主义新农村建设的启示

Enlightment on the Chinese Socialist New Countryside Building from the Japanese New Village Building

根据中国与日本自然情况的相似性,作者从日本新村建设的背景,日本新村建设的过程,分析了日本新村建设的成功经验,根据分析结果从坚持农民参与,充分体现民主;以经济建设为中心,发展新型合作经济;提高农民素质,加强农业教育;强化扶植力度,惠农政策落到实处;加强新农村建设法治保障,并力求尽早见效等方面给出了日本新村建设对中国新农村建设的启示。

Based on the similarity of China to Japan in natural situations, Japan＇s successful experience in its New Village Building is analyzed in the aspects of background and process. The enlighement on China＇s Building Socialist New Countryside is discussed in the following five aspects, which should be made to produce the desire result as soon as possible：insisting on farmer＇s participation to embody democracy, development of new cooperative economy centered around economic construction, strengthening of agricultural education to improve farmer＇s quality ; increasing of support for farmers to truly implement farmers favored policies and enhancement of rural legality.
