我国农民专业合作经济组织发展趋势分析

An Analysis of the Developmental Tendency of the Chinese Farmers' Specialized Cooperative Economic Organizations

中国农民专业合作经济组织的发展,总体上来说属于初创阶段。从探索建立农民专业技术协会开始,到近几年各类新型的农民专业合作经济组织的大量涌现,无论从组织方式、组织结构、服务功能、发育途径等方面,都有了更新的发展,进入了一个新的发展阶段。随着农业和农村经济的逐步发展,各种类型的专业合作组织在农村均有一定程度的发展,对于提高农民的组织程度和农产品竞争力起了一定的作用,但是仍存在许多问题,因此,要健全专业协会的管理制度及运行机制,加强政府的指导和扶持,加快农民专业合作经济组织的立法。

Generally speaking, the development of the Chinese farmers＇ specialized cooperative economic organizations are at an initial stage. However, at this stage a variety of new -type farmers＇specialized cooperative economic organizations , which origineatd from farmers＇ specialized technological associations, have been springing up, and their organization form, organization constructure, service function, growth manner and so on have further advanced, entering upon a new period. With the development of agriculture and rural economy, these organizations are playing a more and more important part in improving farmers＇organization level and competitive power of agricultural products. Nevertheless, problems still exist. These problems will be solved only if the managemental system for these organizations are perfected, the governmental guidance and support strengthened, and legislations for these organizations accelerated.
