摘要
研究了由热压法制备的晶粒尺寸为100nm左右的氮化硅陶瓷抗热震性能。研究结果表明,纳米氮化硅陶瓷表现出原始短裂纹扩展特征;起始粉末粒度对氮化硅陶瓷的力学性能和抗热震性有一定影响。在纳米尺度范围内,晶粒较粗大的氮化硅陶瓷具有较好的抗热震性能;随起始粉末中α-Si3N4含量的增加,氮化硅陶瓷的抗热震性能得到明显提高。
The nano-Si3N4 ceramics with size of about 100nm were produced by hot press sintering and the thermal shock resistance was investigated. The results show that there is a short-crack-extended feature in nano-Si3N4 ceramics. The starting powder size has certain effect on mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance. Si3 N4 ceramic with larger size grain has a better thermal shock resistance in the range of nano-size. The thermal shock resistance increases with the increase in amount of α-Si3N4 powders.
