摘要
在串列加速器上利用束箔-方法和带有CCD的光谱仪测量装置,在2~2.5 MeV束能下采用Spec-trapro-500i光谱单色仪,在200 nm^800 nm波长范围测量了离化态氧原子的500多条光谱线.实验发现了许多弱谱线的跃迁能级,这些跃迁谱线以前带有光电倍增管或电子倍增器的单色仪很少测量到这些弱谱线的跃迁.本文报道在200 nm^300 nm范围已确定的部分光谱线和跃迁能级,这些跃迁主要属于OⅡ到OⅣ离化态原子的3p4S3/2,3p2S1/2,3p4P1/2,3p4P3/2,3p4P5/2,3p2D3/2,3p2D5/2,3d2D5/2,3d2F5/2,3d2F7/2,4p3D1,4p3D2,5d2D5/2等能级的跃迁,光谱分辨0.015 nm.
Spectra of highly charged oxygen ions were measured using Spectra pro-500i monochromator equipped with CCD in the region between 200 and 300 nm. The beam foil method was used at energy of 2 MeV. Many transitional lines in this work are weak lines, which were difficulty measured by the photoelectric multiplier and electron multiplier before. A partial spectral result in the region between 200 nm--300 nm by determined was reported in this paper. The determined most transitions were attributed to energy level transi- tions of 3p 4S3/,2,3p 2S1/,2,3p4p1/2,3p4p3/2,3p4P5/,2,3p 2D3/2,3p2D5/,2, 3d2D5/2,3d2F5/2,3d2F7/2,4p3D1,4p3D2 and 5d2D5/2 from OII to OⅣ atoms.
