摘要 以钛酸丁酯为前驱物、无水乙醇作溶剂、盐酸作负催化剂、冰醋酸作为抑止剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2微粒。通过正交实验分析研究了溶剂量、加水量、凝胶温度、搅拌速度、抑止剂含量等条件对二氧化钛溶胶-凝胶形成过程、凝胶时间的影响,得出了制备稳定溶胶、良好凝胶的凝胶时间,以及适宜的工艺条件。 In this paper, the TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared with tetrabutyl titanate as precursor, alcohol as solvent, HCl as the catalyst, CH3COOH as the depressor by the sol- gel method. The effects of the solvent volume, the water volume, hydrolyze temperature, the stirring velocity and the depressor volume on the titanium dioxide sol-gel forming process and the gelatin time were discussed by the orthogonalizing analysis. The suitable gelatin time of preparing stable sol and well gelatin were determined by the experiment.
