摘要
用流体力学原理解释了用底注包连续浇注铸钢车轮过程中产生规律性夹渣缺陷的原因——是由于钢液在孔口出流时产生的真空,使钢液中的气体连同它所吸附的氧化渣一起析出附着在水口砖表面上,当多到一定程度脱落流入铸型中造成的。并提出解决这一问题的办法。强化真空过滤的析渣效果,分渣除之;弱化真空析渣效果使杂质分散在铸件机体中,不形成集中夹渣缺陷。
The reasons of regular entrapped slag of rhe cast steel wheel poured continuously by bottom pouring ladle were explained by using hydrodynamics. That is , the vacuum at the pouring orifice made the air and the oxide slag adsorbed on the air bubbles, seperated out and attached to the surface of the gap pouring brick. When they were piled up enough, they will fell off from the brick and entered the mold. For solving the problem, some methods were provided: strengthening the effect of vacuum filtrating and cleaning the slag;weakening the effect of vacuum extracting the slag to make the impurity dispersed, and it made the centralized slag defects can not formed in the body of the casting.
