摘要
本文介绍了一种封闭圆偏心轮机构的夹紧装置的工作原理和性能特点,给出了相应的力学分析。该夹紧装置不仅具有传统的偏心夹紧装置的操作方便、夹紧动作快、可自锁的特点与功能,而且松开工件时不需要其他辅助装置。
The paper discussed the work principle and performance characteristics of the kind of fixture based on shape-closed Eccentric Cam. The corresponding mechanics analyzes was carried out. The clamp not only operating easily and moving quickly as the other traditional fixtures, but also needing no other auxiliary unit in loosing conditions.
