摘要 为了优化发射器座钣的结构设计,采用有限单元法对某型号发射器座钣三维空间板壳结构进行了整体三维建模,同时运用弹性力学有限元法对座钣建立的有限元模型进行模态分析和瞬态动力学分析.得到了整个座钣的前十阶固有频率及振型、结构应力和变形分布规律以及座钣关键部位的动应力变化曲线,为该类座钣结构武器合理布置筋钣和减轻座钣重量进一步优化座钣结构提供参考. In order to optimize the structure for the firer base plate by means of FEM, A three-dimensional shell model has been set up for a particular type of liter base plate. At the same time, the finite element model of base plate is used in modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis by means of the elasticity finite element method. The paper gives the first ten orders of natural frequency, vibrancy, the structural stress and deformation distribution,and the changing curve of dynamic stress for the key parts of base plate. The results can be used as the reference for rational arrangement of muscle board and reduction of weight and further optimizing the structure of base plate for this kind of weapon.
