CAD for the unfolding drawing of the Y-shaped three-way connection pipe with one columniform pipe and two coniform pipes

Y形三通管接头在管道系统中是最常用的连接部件之一。将图解法和计算法相结合,用计算机进行数据计算、绘图,以代替图解法的手工作图,从而快速精确地展开由一个圆柱管和两个圆锥管组成的任意夹角的Y形三通管接头。用VC++6.0编程生成专用软件,根据用户输入的Y形三通管参数,完成计算和图形显示,同时将计算数据转换成DXF文件,供AutoCAD直接调用。

The Y-shaped three-way connection pipe is an important part in the system of pipes. In this paper, in order to obtain the three-way connection pipes＇ unfolded drawing, the diagrammatic unfold- ing method and numeration unfolding method were combined together, the computer was used to calculate and draw, instead of the hand work in diagrammatic unfolding method, consequently the three-way con- nection pipe with one columniform pipe and two coniform pipes will be unfolded rapidly and accurately. By means of the expert program based on VC＋＋6.0, user can input different parameters of the three-way pipe to accomplish the calculation and graphics visualization, meanwhile the relevant DXF file will be created and the data will be transferred into AutoCAD environment.
